Introduction

Welcome to FormaFlow! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FormaFlow website, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”), provided by FormaFlow, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, building forms, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Account Registration and Security

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, provide accurate and complete registration information, and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials; notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Subscriptions and Payment

The Service is billed on a subscription basis with monthly or annual billing cycles; you authorize recurring charges to your valid payment method for fees incurred through your account.

You must provide accurate billing information including full name, address, and a valid payment method to keep your Subscription active.

3. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of content and data you create or collect using the Service (“User Content”), and we claim no ownership over your User Content.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to process your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service for you.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including collecting highly sensitive data without appropriate safeguards, violating laws or rights, sending spam, or attempting unauthorized access.

  • Do not engage in illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activities.
  • Do not send spam, unsolicited messages, or unauthorized advertising.
  • Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

Why use native disclosures?+

The HTML details/summary pattern offers accessible, keyboard‑operable disclosure without custom JavaScript, improving readability for dense legal content.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for any reason, including breach of these Terms; provisions intended to survive termination will remain in effect.

To terminate your account, discontinue use and request account deletion; data handling upon closure follows our policies and applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormaFlow, Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

This applies to issues including access or use of the Service, third‑party conduct or content, content obtained from the Service, or unauthorized access to your transmissions or content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FormaFlow, Inc. is established, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
